you have come to look around in the area of khanom because you have seen the beauty and the potential of this region. unlike in phuket or samui here in khanom it is very quiet, which attracts people who like it quiet. if you are one of them you found the best place around.


you either do understand thai culture or at least try to do so - it will be a lifelong process, but absolutely necessary if you want to live here or make business. you will need to understand your neighbors, because you will hear them very well (thai people in general love noise). you will need a high tolerance level to see them burn their garbage including plastic and styrofoam producing a huge black smoke cloud releasing carcinogenic dioxine when burned  - directly at the border to your property, while the wind blows in direction to your house. by the way - this is one of the reasons why i suggest in general to buy a plot rather a little bit bigger than smaller...

this simply means we focus on ecological projects and avoid a politic of extremely high profit margins which are usual practice in real estate. to double or triple property prices within a short time may be nice for one‘s purse but leads to the fact that locals can not afford to live in their native area anymore. in our opinion a profit margin should be in relation to the direct effort of work put in and the effect it has to the social, economical and ecological life. it is as simple as that. and that‘s what we go for.
